Roles & Functions

JAMED Project Management Office (PMO) major roles are:

  •  Company prequalification with new Customers.
  • Assisting Project Managers for project planning, Scheduling & Project close out.
  • Preparation of project Schedule of work & Monitoring at regular intervals.
  • Preparation of Project Manager’s Report (PMR)
  • Review & finalization of PMR with the Project Manager and identify recommended actions required for the project.
  • Provide Management & Project Manager agreed upon (Between Project Manager & PMO) Project Manager’s Report (PMR) for the evaluation of financial / operational status of the project and recommend actions required for the Project.
  • Follow up “Proactive Actions” as advised by Management based on above evaluation to improve the project results.
  • Arrange Management meetings with project managers (If needed depending upon the project need)
  • Follow up preventive or corrective actions for the project as advise by the management
  • Keeping records of historical data of project planning & Project Close out.

Using the latest Project Management techniques & tools such as Primavera Project Planner, following schedules are prepared and monitored as required during project life;

  • Dashboard reports

Project Monitoring (Monthly Basis) by Project Manager’s Report (PMR)

Monthly PMR for the projects ensures to the management;

  • Current status of project & projected results
  • Adherence to schedule, approved contract value (Including variation orders) and budget.

    The report provides following monitoring information;

  • Labor rates monitoring
  • Billing monitoring
  • Labor/ Project cost/ Billing based Project Progress
  • Project Advance Payment, Retention, Receivables, Cash Status Surplus or Deficit

  • Evaluation of cost to complete for the remaining job
